Alliance for Hispanic Commercial Contractors Presents Part 1 of 3 Webinar Series by Andana Consulting, LLC

Presents | Presentamos:

The Solicitation Is Out, Now What?

This session focuses on the initial activities firms must follow to set themselves up for a successful, complaint proposal. We will cover:

  • Prepositioning/capture
  • Go/No-Go decision making
  • Compliance matrix development
  • Alignment of solicitation requirements

This is for solicitations that have a qualifications / technical component to them – not just hard bid. Learn about the differentiators and to include them in response. Keep in mind, saying your have XX years of experience, for example, is not a differentiator.
